Tara’s Lodge offers guests a contemporary, friendly and casual atmosphere in the most beautiful part of the Croatian Adriatic coast. We are located in the beautiful bay of Zrnovska Banja, 3 km west of the old town of Korcula. We can be reached by car or boat. We have moorings available for our guests who come and visit with their boats.

Cancellation Policy
Because we have very high demand, we operate a strict reservation policy that requires full payment of the booking 14 days prior to arrival. This applies for REFUNDABLE RATES ONLY since the non-refundable rates are debited immediately upon booking.
Bookings made via third party websites will be subject to their terms. Please contact them directly to find out more or to make changes.
REFUNDABLE BOOKINGS
Cancellation, Amendment and No-Show Policy
The full payment is required 14 days prior to arrival and cannot be modified in any manner nor refunded. The booking can be modified or cancelled up to 15 days prior to your scheduled arrival free of charge.
NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKINGS
No change or cancellation possible
The non-refundable rate is charged and deemed acquired by us upon booking. The booking cannot be modified in any manner nor refunded. We are unfortunately unable to make any exceptions.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Force Majeure
Tara’s Lodge shall have no liability to you (or anyone else), including in the event that we are prevented from, or delayed in, performing our obligations, by acts, events, omissions or accidents beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs or other industrial disputes, failure of a utility service or transport or telecommunications network, act of God, fire, flood, storm, earthquake or other physical natural disaster or extreme weather conditions, sabotage, war, riot, civil commotion, acts of terrorism or hostilities, a quarantine, epidemic, pandemic or outbreak of a contagious disease or any derivative or mutation of such viruses, or the threat or perceived threat of any of these, computer hacking, malicious damage, compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, a state of emergency has been declared by an authority, accident, breakdown of plant or machinery, default of suppliers or sub-contractors, or shortage of suppliers, equipment or materials (Force Majeure Event).
Tara’s Lodge may, at its absolute discretion and at any time, terminate, suspend or cancel your booking or the additional services ordered by you upon reasonable written notice to you. You will be offered either a Booking Credit or a full refund. If you have been issued with Booking Credit pursuant to this Agreement, such credit will remain valid for 12 months from the day the booking is cancelled. A Booking Credit is non-transferable and may only be used by you to pay for the accommodation portion of your booking and may not be used for Additional Services or otherwise. Any Booking Credit not redeemed at the expiry of the 12-month validity date will be forfeited in its entirety to Tara’s Lodge.
If you wish to change or cancel your Booking or any Additional Services you must contact us by email at reservations@taraslodge.com. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made.

En raison de la très forte demande et du nombre limité de chambres, nous appliquons une politique de réservation stricte qui requiert un acompte de 100% du montant total de votre séjour, versé à la réservation pour bloquer la chambre.

Pour changer une réservation

Le montant total de la réservation est perçu au moment de la réservation. La réservation remboursable peut être modifié jusqu'à 14 jours avant l'arrivée sans encourir de frais, à condition que la modification ou le changement demandé n'affecte pas le tarif original. Si la modification ou changement influence le tarif de la réservation (en raison d'un changement de tarif saisonnier, par exemple, ou en raison d'un séjour plus court), la différence de tarif à rembourser entraînera des frais de traitement de 3%.
Annulation d'une réservation

L'annulation d'une réservation peut être effectuée jusqu'à 30 jours avant la date d'arrivée. Si vous souhaitez annuler la réservation dans les délais impartis (jusqu'à 30 jours avant la date d'arrivée), des frais de traitement de 3% du montant total de la réservation seront facturés. Passé le délai d’annulation de 30 jours, le montant total de la réservation est considéré acquis par nous et ne peut être remboursé.
