We are located in the beautiful bay of Zrnovska Banja, 3 km west of the old town of Korcula. We can be reached by car or boat. We have moorings available for our guests who come and visit with their boats.

Cancellation Policy
Because we have very high demand, we operate a strict reservation policy that requires full payment of the booking 14 days prior to arrival. This applies for REFUNDABLE RATES ONLY since the non-refundable rates are debited immediately upon booking.
Bookings made via third party websites will be subject to their terms. Please contact them directly to find out more or to make changes.
REFUNDABLE BOOKINGS
Cancellation, Amendment and No-Show Policy
The full payment is required 14 days prior to arrival and cannot be modified in any manner nor refunded. The booking can be modified or cancelled up to 15 days prior to your scheduled arrival free of charge.
NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKINGS
No change or cancellation possible
The non-refundable rate is charged and deemed acquired by us upon booking. The booking cannot be modified in any manner nor refunded. We are unfortunately unable to make any exceptions.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Force Majeure
Tara’s Lodge shall have no liability to you (or anyone else), including in the event that we are prevented from, or delayed in, performing our obligations, by acts, events, omissions or accidents beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs or other industrial disputes, failure of a utility service or transport or telecommunications network, act of God, fire, flood, storm, earthquake or other physical natural disaster or extreme weather conditions, sabotage, war, riot, civil commotion, acts of terrorism or hostilities, a quarantine, epidemic, pandemic or outbreak of a contagious disease or any derivative or mutation of such viruses, or the threat or perceived threat of any of these, computer hacking, malicious damage, compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, a state of emergency has been declared by an authority, accident, breakdown of plant or machinery, default of suppliers or sub-contractors, or shortage of suppliers, equipment or materials (Force Majeure Event).
Tara’s Lodge may, at its absolute discretion and at any time, terminate, suspend or cancel your booking or the additional services ordered by you upon reasonable written notice to you. You will be offered either a Booking Credit or a full refund. If you have been issued with Booking Credit pursuant to this Agreement, such credit will remain valid for 12 months from the day the booking is cancelled. A Booking Credit is non-transferable and may only be used by you to pay for the accommodation portion of your booking and may not be used for Additional Services or otherwise. Any Booking Credit not redeemed at the expiry of the 12-month validity date will be forfeited in its entirety to Tara’s Lodge.
If you wish to change or cancel your Booking or any Additional Services you must contact us by email at reservations@taraslodge.com. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made.

Política de cancelación
CONDICIONES DE CAMBIO Y CANCELACIÓN PARA LAS DIFERENTES TARIFAS
Debido a la fuerte demanda y a un número limitado de habitaciones, ponemos en práctica una política de reserva estricta que requiere el depósito de la totalidad del valor de la estancia en el momento de la reserva para bloquear y asegurar la habitación.
PARA LAS RESERVAS REVERSIBLES
Cambio o modificación de una reserva

El importe total de la estancia se carga al momento de la reserva.
La tarifa reversible puede ser cambiada hasta 14 días antes de la llegada sin incurrir gastos, siempre que el cambio solicitado no afecte la tarifa original. En caso de que el cambio afecte la tarifa (debido a un cambio de temporada por ejemplo o debido a una estancia más corta), la diferencia de la tarifa a abonar tendrá un cargo de procesamiento del 3%.
Cancelación de una reserva.

La cancelación de una reserva puede realizarse hasta 30 días antes de la fecha de llegada. Si desea cancelar la reserva a tiempo (hasta 30 días antes de la fecha de llegada), se cobrará una tarifa de procesamiento del 3% del monto total de la reserva. Después del período de cancelación de 30 días, el monto total de la reserva se considera adquirido por nosotros y no puede ser reembolsado.
PARS LAS RESERVAS NON REVERSIBLES
Las reservas non-reversibles se cargan y se considerarán adquiridas por nosotros al momento de hacer la reserva. las reservas non-reversibles no pueden ser modificadas ni reembolsadas. Lamentablemente, no podemos hacer ninguna excepción a esta regla.
