Located in a residential area, in the heart of the town, just in front of the impressive Balenciaga museum and a 5 minutes walk away of Getaria’s both beaches: Malkorbe (calm water) and Gaztetape (surfing beach). The pirate playground in front of the apartments is the kids’ favourite.
Fully equipped with kitchen, bathroom, shower, TV, central heating and free WiFi. It is perfect for families, as we can provide you with a full kit for babies if you need to for free.

Terms & Conditions
GA will charge the total price of the booking within 48 hours after the reservation. If there is any problem when charging, GA will contact with the client to fix it. If there is not any solution in 48 hours the reservation will be cancelled and GA will send a cancellation email to the client.
The client does not have to pay any deposit, but GA can charge the client if there is anything broken in the apartment.
If the client books a parking spot, GA will charge 50€ as a deposit when giving the garage door remote control, the money will be given back when returning the remote control.
The check-in is between 16:00 and 21:00. From then onwards, the check-in will be made automatically by using the code sent to the client one week before the arrival by email.
The check-out has to be done before 12:00. If the client stays longer one extra day will be charged. There is a 30 minutes limit.
The apartments will be cleaned every four days without any extra charge.
Payment Policy
GA will charge the total price of the booking within 48 hours after the reservation. If there is any problem when charging, GA will contact with the client to fix it. If there is not any solution in 48 hours the reservation will be cancelled and GA will send a cancellation email to the client.

Cancellation Policy
The client can cancel the reservation 14 days before the expected arrival day. In this case the total amount will be given back. If the cancellation is made up to 7 days before the arrival 50% will be returned. If the cancellation is made within the last 7 days there will be no refund.
