The payment of the room must be done in advance, at the time of registration. If you decide to extend your stay we will try to accommodate you, however we cannot guarantee the room for the following night’s.
Children under 3 years are not charged for the stay, children under 12 years can stay for 400 MXN per night using existing beds, children over 12 years are considered as adults.
Once the reservation is paid, it is not refundable.
Extra adult can stay for 600 MXN per night using existing bedding in case it is not included on the reservation.
A deposit of 1800 MXN is required to cover loss of objects. This deposit can be given in cash or through a signed voucher of your VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS card. The voucher or cash will be returned to you once you have formalized your departure, as long as there are no outstanding accounts with us, this after the review of the room to check for the towels, Nespresso machine, control of t.v. and others.
Check out time is 1:00 p.m. And the check in time is at 3:00 p.m.
All rooms are non-smoking.
For people who require transportation to the airport, they are requested to ask for it one day before.
The use of bicycles is free (check availability), in case the bicycle returns with damage or is not delivered will generate a cost that the reception will notify you.

To reserve you must give 10% in advance, the rest has to be settled at the time of check in.
