Payment Policy
STANDARD RATE
We will verify if the credit card it's valid, pre-authoring the 1st night. It won't be charged, only if the above occurs.
NON REFUNDABLE RATE
Guest has to pay full amount, anytime after reservation.
Cancellation Policy
STANDARD RATE
Guest can cancel for free until 5 days prior to check in date. If cancelled in the 5 day period prior to check in or no-show, 1 night will be charged.
NON REFUNDABLE RATE
In case of cancellation or No-Show, full amount will be charged.
