● Guest registration and key handover takes place at the UNIK CARTAGENA office: Address: Cartagena, El Laguito neighborhood, Cra. 1a # 1a-33. 1st floor of the Poseidón del Caribe building.
Identity document (Passport for foreigners, identity card for nationals), of all adults, children and infants must be presented upon arrival at the entrance of the Building. If you are traveling with minors who are not your children, you must submit a letter from their legal guardian authorizing temporary custody for traveling.
● We are redefining cleanliness and promoting your well-being throughout your stay.
As part of the bio security protocols please complete the following form 24h before your arrival:

● Please read the arrival protocol carefully:
1. Please contact us at least 1 day before arrival to coordinate your arrival time and get most of the process ready to make it swift. We can only check in 3 bookings at a time.
2. Upon arrival, only one person should enter the office, preferably the reservation holder, with the identity documents of the entire group. If your group is not complete their registry will be done upon arrival. Your companions shall wait at the building´s lobby.
3. In the office you must sign the guest registry, pay the rest of your booking, and present a credit card or pay $40 USD as a security deposit.
4. Suitcases will be disinfected, and we will go to the reception of the building where they will put bracelets on all guests and the building registration will be signed.
5. We will continue to the apartment, which will be given only to one person of the group to guarantee minimal contact. You will go up accompanied by a representative of Unik Cartagena who will give you a tour, some directions, and recommendations to enhance your stay. Once the inventory is received and signed, the rest of the group can enter, and you will be ready to enjoy an unforgettable time.
● Biosecurity measures:
Your safety comes first and that is why we have implemented deep cleaning and disinfection protocols in the apartments.
By order of the national government, the swimming pool, gym and common areas of the buildings are operating under theestablished bio-security protocols. The use of masks (face masks) is mandatory in the common areas of the building.

Payment Policy
Destination fee must be paid directly in the building´s reception: Price per apartment is $25.000 COP (8 usd aprox.) for 1 to 6 people and $ 35.000 COP (10 usd aprox.) for 7 people onwards..
Cancellation Policy
FREE cancellation
You may cancel free of charge until 1 day before arrival. You will be charged the total price of the reservation if you cancel within 1 day before arrival. If you don’t show up you will be charged the total price of the reservation.
