Canyon Suites at Tuacahn
The brand new Canyon Suites at Tuacahn allow you to stay closer to the action than ever. Located in beautiful Ivins, Utah at Tuacahn Center for the Arts. These amazing suites feature full kitchens and walkout balconies. Snow Canyon State Park is only a 6-minute drive while Zion National Park is only a 60-minute drive.

Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen
BOOKING
• We have a (2) night minimum.
• Must be 21 years old to book.
• To confirm your booking, a credit card number is required and will be charged for 50% of your total amount due which is charged up to 48 hours prior to your check-in date. The remainder will be charged on your arrival date.
• You will receive a confirmation by email when your booking is completed. Please refer to Reservation Cancellation Policy.
•If you have any questions or concerns about arriving or your stay, please call The Canyon Suites Manager at (435) 652-3300 or email canyonsuites@tuacahn.org.
CHECKING-IN/OUT
• Check-in is 3:00 pm / Check-out is 11:00 am. Please let us know in advance if you will be requesting an early check-in or late check-out.
• To check-in, please go straight to your room at the Canyon Suites, located at 1040 Tuacahn Drive Ivins UT. There are no on-site check-in facilities. The Canyon Suites at Tuacahn is a self-serve property.
• Prior to your arrival date, we will send you an email with your room number and a code to use on the lockbox to retrieve you room key. Lockbox’s are located outside each apartment.
POLICIES DURING YOUR STAY
• Canyon Suites at Tuacahn is a Smoking and Vaping FREE property.
• You will not hold the Canyon Suites responsible for injury to persons or damage to personal property that may occur while using the facilities.
• Un-returned room keys will result in a $50 charge.
• You are responsible for missing or damaged property and will be charged upon checkout.
• Pets by permission only in our pet friendly suites, and where you have paid a pet fee of $50. Registered service animals are allowed. Proof of registration required.
• For anyone who does not abide by these guidelines, the Canyon Suites at Tuacahn reserves the right to terminate the stay.
HOUSEKEEPING/ CLEANING FEE
• $50 Cleaning fee will be added for 1 and 2 bedroom suites. $75 for 3 and 4 bedroom suites.
Stornierungsbedingungen
• Cancellation within 48 hours of Reservation Check-in Date or non-arrivals: 100% of the first night's stay. (Per Room Reserved)
• Early departures will not receive a refund. Once you have checked-in, all sales are final. (Per Room Reserved)
