Cancellation Policy

POLÍTICA DE CANCELACIÓN
Si la cancelación se realiza 14 días antes de la fecha de llegada, le reembolsaremos el 100% de la tarifa de la habitación.
Entre 14 y 8 días antes de la fecha prevista de llegada, le reembolsaremos el 50% de la tarifa de la habitación.
Si la cancelación se realiza con 7 o menos días de anticipación a la fecha prevista de llegada, reembolso del 0%.

If cancellation is made 14 days prior to arrival date, we will refund 100% of the room rate.
Between 14 and 8 days before your expected arrival date, we will refund 50% of the room rate.
If the cancellation is made 7 days or less before the scheduled arrival date, 0% refund.
