Thank you for making a reservation with Redcliff Weymouth Limited.
For direct bookings with Redcliff Weymouth Limited
Bookings at the Redcliff are deposit free until April 2022 but our cancelation policy remains the same as before (see cancelation policy for detail). The exception to this rule is if the UK government locks the country down or proof of a positive covid test is provided.
Third party booking sites may have different deposit reservation and cancellation policies. Please check with your booking provider for full details.

Redcliff Weymouth limited is not responsible for any third-party company’s policies or terms and conditions and strongly recommend that you have travel insurance even for domestic customers
No Smoking
We are a no smoking house without exception, in line with UK laws. Should you smoke in your room or any of the public rooms we will ask you to leave immediately without notice and a charge of £500 will be due to cover the cost of intensive cleaning of the soft furnishings.
Damages
Any unreasonable damage to either décor or goods will be charged for at an appropriate rate and legal proceedings may be entered to recover any and all debt. Accidental damage will be assessed at the time so long as it is reported to the management.
Pricing Policy
Once a price has been quoted for a reservation it will not be changed but we reserve the right to amend our Terms and Conditions and pricing without notice.
Parking
We cannot guarantee parking at any time but owners who find parking do so totally at their own risk.
Patrons who use the parking facilities at the Redcliff must leave their car keys at reception and agree that the cars will be moved only if necessary giving the management permission to move their vehicle under their own third-party insurance rules. Vehicles are parked totally at the owners’ risk and no responsibility will be taken by Redcliff Weymouth Limited. We do not offer pre booked parking.
Every effort has been made to ensure the information above and on our literature and website is accurate and published in good faith. We accept no responsibility if the information is incorrect.

Conditions de paiement

Bookings with invalid credit or debit cards will be cancelled by Redcliff Weymouth limited after 24 hours.
Payment details will only be accepted via our secure internet booking site or by telephone. Email and text message will be discarded, and the reservation cancelled.
By making a reservation with Redcliff Weymouth Limited you enter into a contract and are liable for full payment regardless of whether or not the accommodation is used.
The full balance of your reservation becomes liable 30 days before your arrival and may be charged at any time.
Redcliff Weymouth Limited no longer accepts personal cheques however business cheques are acceptable. Cash payments are payable on arrival at the hotel and must be pre-arranged.
Credit card details must be valid for the time of your stay.

We strongly advise you to have travel insurance even when traveling within your own country.

Only when booking direct with Redcliff Weymouth Limited
Reservations cancelled 30 days prior to arrival will incur no charge.
Reservations cancelled inside the 30 days window are liable for the full amount of the reservation.
Third party reservations may have different cancellation and reservation policies, please check with your booking provider.
