Guests may check in to the hotel from 3pm. On the day of departure, guests are required to check out by 10 30am.

Please ensure that you have a ferry reservation well in advance and that this is done before completing your reservation at The Lagg. At this time the ferry has reduced capacity and all passengers and vehicles must be booked prior to travel. Visit www.calmac.co.uk to reserve your tickets.

All payments are contactless. A final invoice will be emailed on the morning of departure. All extras will be added to the final bill and the monies owing will be deducted from the debit/credit card that was given at the time of reservation.

Please note that a reservation constitutes a contract with the hotel.
If a reservation is cancelled less than 7 days from the date of arrival, the total cost of the first nights stay is liable to be paid or deposit withheld.
Any monies owing will be deducted from the debit/credit card that was given at the time of reservation unless otherwise advised.
