Cancellation and prepayment policies apply, Terms & Conditions. Any Bookings under the cost of £75.00 must be paid in cash.

Anyone Smoking in the guesthouse will automatically be charged a fee for cleaning and fumigating the room. Fee £100.00 The card used at the time of booking will be Liable for any damages and extras.
If the booking is canceled less than 3 days before arrival then a charge equal to the whole length of the stay will be made. In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) full booking will be charged.
Luggage storage charged at £1 per person.

*The above policy does not apply for Non-Refundable Rooms* or *Special Price*

Please note, if canceled, modified or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
The total price of the reservation may be charged anytime after booking.
The guesthouse holds the right to pre-authorize cards before arrival.
The Hotel reserves the right to cancel unauthorized bookings.
Hotel policies and or Terms and conditions are subject to change at any time.

Payment will be taken upon arrival , unless it is a NON-refundable booking or Special Price, Cards maybe pre authorized prior to arrival. The card used at the time of booking will be Liable for any damages and extras.
A pre-authorisation is a temporary hold of a specific amount of the available balance on a credit or debit card that is provided upon booking.Full booking balance is due on the day of/or before arrival. Payment for Non-Refundable and Special price rooms is taken at time of booking. The hotel holds the right to pre-authorise bookings before arrival.
Payments by cash, and the following cards: Visa Debit / Delta, Visa Credit, Maestro / Switch, Mastercard.
