The Full English Guesthouse
We are ideally situated on West Cliff, which is a few minutes' walk to The Entertainment Pavilion, the Esplanade with its magnificent views of the North Sea, Whitby Abbey, Captain Cook's statue and the Whalebones. It is a downhill walk to Whitby's ancient harbour area with its beach area, shops, tea rooms, restaurants, pubs, fascinating quirky shops, museums and train and bus stations.

This is a Family room with main room and small annex. Can accommodate 5 guests.
First room has double bed and sleeps 2. Has 2 comfortable chairs and table with tea/coffee making facilities. There is also a dressing table with drawers and stool. Room also has large flat screen TV.
The annex sleeps 3 and has a triple bunk bed - double on the bottom, single on top. Wardrobe with hanging space and 2 large drawers. Bedside table with lamp and comfortable chair.
The en-suite has a shower, basin and toilet and heated towel rail.
There are 2 radiators in the room and electric fan. The windows are double glazed and can be opened, but all have child proof safety mechanism.

Small, cozy double room with double bed, bedside tables, dressing table/desk with stool and hanging space with 2 drawers. There is a seating area with 2 comfortable chairs and a coffee table with tea/coffee making facilities. Room has a flat screen TV. It has an en-suite with shower, basin, toilet and heated towel rail.
The window is double glazed and can be opened. Room also has radiator and portable electric fan.

Small, cosy double room with double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and hanging space. There is a comfortable chair, TV, tea/coffee making facilities and luggage rack. There is also a radiator, electric fan and double glazed window that does open.
The en-suite has a shower, basin and toilet and small radiator.

THE ATTIC
THE ATTIC Prenota
The Attic is a spacious double room with views over Whitby to The Moors on one side and small sea view on the opposite side. It has a double bed, large dressing table with drawers, hanging rack, small silent running bar fridge and luggage rack. The TV is large and wall mounted. The room also has a seating area with 2 comfortable chairs and coffee table. There are tea/coffee making facilities. This room has a large radiator and double glazed windows.
The en-suite bathroom has a large walk-in shower, toilet and basin and radiator.

Termini e condizioni
Whilst most of the Covid restrictions have been relaxed, we are still being cautious and ask that for the protection of all our guests, the use of hand sanitizer continues, especially prior to using the breakfast room. The wearing of face masks/ coverings is optional.
We would like all our guests to enjoy their stay with us, consequently excessive noise or disturbance of other guests will not be tolerated and could result in the offending guest/guests being asked to leave our premises. In such an event, no refund will be given, and the room will be charged at the full rate of the booking.
Where considered necessary by Management, all damages, breakages, and deep cleaning of the room will be deducted from the credit/debit card used at time of booking.
Smoking is prohibited by law, and we do not permit vaping indoors. However, guests are most welcome to smoke/vape outside in front of the building. Due to the nature of the building, we are unable to accept pets, except for assistance/guide dogs.

Payment may be made either by cash or personal debit or credit card on arrival.
We do not accept business cards.
Norme di cancellazione
We offer FREE cancellation up until 2 days before the arrival date of the booking. 2 days before arrival date the deposit will be taken from the card used at the time of booking. The balance is payable on arrival.
Should you not have cancelled your reservation 48 hours or more than 4:00 pm on arrival day, we will deduct the full amount of booking.
In the event of a "no show", the card used at the time of booking will be debited for the whole amount of the booking.
Check in time is between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm. If you are arriving after 7:00pm, kindly inform us beforehand.
