Stark white bedding dresses the plush King-size bed (with a firm, comfy mattress), which is flanked with wooden side tables that offer hints of gold. Luxe orange curtains flaunt a Chinoiserie design, which adds accents of bold color to the white walls. A pale gray and ivory Oriental rug brings more softness to the space. Each is outfitted with plush white quilted linens. Throw pillows add pops of color. Artwork that hails from vintage magazine covers deck the walls. A set of chic, tailored settees sit at the foot of both beds and a soft, gray rug ushers in a warm ambiance. A minimalist-style desk offers an ideal work space. It features a leather pad for writing comfort and is outfitted with fine stationery with The Barrington’s insignia. The desk is equipped with a built-in power outlet and features a USB. A contemporary-style bathroom features limestone and natural stone slab. The shower space boasts elegant black marble tiles and a spa-like rainfall showerhead. Indulge! COVID-19 Protective Measures
* All guests are required to provide vaccine record or Covid negative test result prior to arrival
* Visitors of guests are not allowed on the B&B premises during Covid-19 pandemic
* In an effort to limit contact, check-in and check-out instructions will be communicated through text
* Each guest’s temperature will be taken and recorded at check-in
* All guests are required to wear masks in common areas such as the hallway, elevator, and stairwells
General
* Guests responsible for checking in on behalf of their respective parties must be at least 21 years old
* Children at least 10 year old are welcome to stay with additional fee
* Smoking is prohibited. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged to the guest’s account if they smoke on the premises
* Pets are prohibited.
Check-in and Check-out
* Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM
* Rooms must be paid in full at check-in
The Great Room/Dining Room
The Great Room is open from 8AM to 6PM. Breakfast is served from 7:45AM to 10AM.

* Full payment is required at check-in.
* We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, UnionPay and cash.

NO-SHOWS are charged 100% of the reservation.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation of your reservation made seven (7) days prior to your check-in date will not result in any cancellation fees. However, because your reservation is reserved specifically for your party, cancellations made fewer than seven (7) days prior to the check-in date will be charged for the full amount of the reservation. If we are able to rebook the rooms, we will charge a service fee equivalent to 10% of your reservation instead.
GROUP RESERVATIONS/CANCELLATION Cancellation of a reservation for two or more rooms made thirty (30) days prior to your arrival will not result in any cancellation fees. However, because your reservation is reserved specifically for your party, cancellations made fewer than thirty (30) days prior to the check-in date will be charged for the full amount of the reservation. If we are able to rebook the rooms, we will charge a service fee equivalent to 10% of your reservation instead.
