The Old Dungeon Ghyll and its famous climbers bar have been part of the fabric of Langdale for over 300 years. We are situated at the head of the beautiful Great Langdale Valley, 8 miles from Ambleside. All of our hotel rooms are individually styled and have en-suite or private facilities. What makes us stand out are the amazing 360 degree views of the Lakeland Fells.
