This property is privately owned and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. We are not responsible for accident or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. It is our policy that we do not offer refunds. The Cozy Inn is a motel and should not be considered a permanent home. It is not an apartment with a lease. If the amount due is not paid on time or you as a guest causes a disturbance or damage to a room you will be held responsible for paying the costs for repair or replacement and may be asked to leave the premises immediately.

PET POLICY: Please note that in the rooms where pets are allowed, a one time pet fee per booking will apply based on pet size. We also limit the number of pets per room. Please contact us at thecozyinn.com so that we may assist you and so that we are aware at the time of your arrival. We appreciate your consideration.

SMOKING POLICY: This is a NON-Smoking Property. If you smoke in a room you understand that you will immediately be charged $250 for the required cleaning. There are several outside areas where smoking is allowed.

The full amount of your stay may be held against your credit card. The charge will occur upon check-in or on Holidays and during Special Events - the first night will be charged one week prior to arrival.

Política de cancelación

As we are a small family owned establishment, please let us know of any change of plans at least 7 days in advance of arrival in order to avoid cancellation fees and/or penalties. We reserve the right to charge the first night stay if we are notified in less than seven days prior to arrival.
