We are a 14 beachfront bungalow hotel on the Sea of Cortez in San Felipe, Baja California Mexico.
Our Hotel offers a peaceful escape with Exceptional service.

HOTEL GUIDELINES:

- Check-in: 2 p.m. or later
- Checkout: 12 p.m. or earlier
- Family Policy: Children 12 and younger stay free with an accompanied adult
- Pet Policy: NO PETS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY
- Late Checkout: (subject to availability)
- Extra person: $25 USD fee plus tax per night
- Parking: 1 vehicle per room
- Beach Palapas are for guests only and are first come / first served (limit to 1 per room occupancy).
- No bonfires allowed on the beach.
-No BBQ grills allowed on the beach.
- To protect our guest and their privacy we do not allow fireworks on our property.
-To keep our beach clean and safe, we do not allow glass bottles.

All reservations require a credit card to guarantee a room;

Política de cancelación

Reservations must be canceled 72 hours prior to arrival date to avoid a "no show" penalty charge for (1) one night stay for each room reserved and tax.
