SONO VITÓRIA PROTOCOLS - PANDEMIC COVID-19 2020

STANDARD PROCEDURES IN PROPERTY
• Always wear a mask outdoors;
• Maintain a minimum social distance of 2 meters;
• Always wash your hands after touching and handling them;

WHEN ARRIVING FROM THE STREET
• Use gel alcohol;
• Leave the shoes on the outside;
• Take a quick shower and wear clean clothes;
NOTE: Guests with flu-like symptoms, respiratory illnesses, fever or viral symptoms are not allowed to enter.

WHEN ENTERING THE PROPERTY:
• In dormitories use only one bed. Do not change beds and do not use items from another bed.
• Use only the bedroom's own bathroom.
• Keep windows open and room airy.
• Use a handkerchief to contain sneezing or coughing; or turn on your side and cover your mouth with your forearm. Do not use your hands to cover your mouth.
• Avoid contact, maintain a minimum social distance of 2 meters and always wear a mask;
NOTE: If you have flu symptoms, respiratory diseases, fever or viral symptoms, guests should go to the hospital PA

ON EXIT TO STREET:
• Leave sandals / shoes and clean clothes in the room (in suite) or bathroom (in dormitory) for the return;
• Wear shoes “for the street” when leaving;
• Avoid touching, avoid contacts, maintain a minimum social distance of 2 meters and take alcohol gel;
• The return is restricted to the hours of 8 to 23 hours;

KEYS: The keys allow free access to the property. In case of loss or non-return at checkout, the amount of R$ 40 reais will be charged.

ROOMS / BEDROOMS: Only 1 person is allowed per bed / cabin in a shared dorm. Change of bed is not allowed Each dormitory (private or shared) has its own bathroom, it is not allowed to use another bathroom. A maximum of 3 people are allowed in suites, including a couple. It is not allowed to store or consume food in the dorm / suite.
Dirty or smelly shoes should be left outside the property. Smoking is prohibited in the rooms, subject to a fine of up to R$ 150 reais.

LAUNDRY: Towels and blankets are not included in the room rates and can be rented for R$ 10 reais for those who prefer. Clothes can be washed at the cost of R$ 30.00 per wash (machined) only by employees. Washing clothes in the bathroom is prohibited.

BATHROOMS: It is forbidden to remove alcohol, paper and liquid soap from the bathrooms. Forbidden to throw paper or anything in the vase or sink, always use the trash. Forbidden to wash clothes and cut hair in the bathroom. Please keep clean.

NOISE: We ask everyone to respect the hours of silence between 10:00 pm and 10:00 am.

KITCHEN: Allowed to use basic food and quick meals. Shared fridge and microwave available.

Payment Policy

The charge can be made up to 3 days before the arrival date (checkin).
In case of non-payment in advance, the settlement must be made at the time of checkin.
Holiday packages will be charged in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellations are made only 5 days in advance of arrival (checkin). After this period, a 25% cancellation fee is charged.
Cancellations can be made at least 3 days in advance of the arrival date (checkin). After this period, 100% of the booked package rate will be charged.
