These are 100% non-smoking rooms and so is the office with a $250.00 cleaning fee and possible additional charges that occur to bring the room back to pre-smoking condition and return to market. There are outdoor smoking areas . Please make sure all windows and doors to your room are shut so that smoke does not enter room, resulting in a smoking fee. Please note that our 100% no smoking policy extends to, tobacco, incense, vapors, hookah, medicinal and or recreational marijuana and the $250.00 cleaning fee/policy will be applied.
We have the right to refuse service at anytime.
NO CATS ALLOWED:
Dogs are allowed with a pet deposit of $100.00 per Dog and only refundable with an inspection of the room and after full cleaning of room is completed. Dogs must have a pet carrier to be left in the room and noise complaints will be enforced , Covers are provided and must be used on the couch. Any extra cleaning needed will be taken from the pet deposit.., extra damage/cleaning charges will apply to all damages caused by your pet.
Extra Cleaning Policy:
A $200.00 deposit may be required and is refundable if the room is left in good condition,
Trash left out will be charged additional cleaning fees and deducted from your deposit if one was applied. .
If dishes are left in the sink and or food debris in the sink, we will charge a cleaning fee out of your deposit as applicable.
Un-returned Key Policy:
Any keys not returned will be charged a $10.00 per key fee

We are happy to receive packages here for you and will do our best to care for them until you pick them up, however, we can assume no responsibility for lost or damaged packages.

Because we cater to First Respondents, Military, both in the USA and abroad, Government personnel and traveling Medical Professionals we can and do offer extended stays, By checking in, accepting entrance, paying your bill and or signing your registration form you agree that an extended stay does not constitute a form of residency, we are after all a hotel. There are no guarantees on rates, discounts or availability until you have a confirmed reservation.

Payment Policy

You card will NOT be charged here at booking. We only charge in person at check in or unless there is a No Show or Cancellation outside of the allowable cancellation window.
We accept these cards; Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover Card

Active Duty Military please make sure to check your per Diem rate so that we may best serve you.

Cancellation Policy

Our Refund Policy is: Once you arrive you may leave anytime you desire, but we are unable to refund or credit you for your reservation. Our Cancellation policy is: We require 21 days advanced notice for group bookings all year and 3 day advance notice on individual bookings.

No Call No Shows or cancelling any time after, results in a full charge of the reservation to the card you provided at booking with no credits given.

This is a 100% non-smoking facility with a $250.00 fine and additional cleaning fee s to return room to market (see details in Terms and Conditions)
