Payment Policy
All bookings include 12% Government tax, 10% Service charge.
Methods of Payment:
Cash, traveler's checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express. All rates quoted and payable in US dollars.
A deposit of 3 nights per week's stay is required at time of booking. A deposit of $500 per week's stay for packages is required at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund less $100 cancellation fee if cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival (60 days notice required from Dec 15th - April 1st) Full deposit forfeit if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival. (60 days prior arrival from Dec 15th to April 1st) Deposit will be applied to any nights taken off original booking for early departure.
