Charming upscale Motel located very close to downtown Ogunquit. Updated rooms with pillow-top mattresses, LCD Flat screen TV, Telephone, Coffee Maker, Hair Dryer, Refrigerator and Microwave and full size bathtub/shower. Free parking, and Wi-Fi. Beautiful seasonal (May 1 to September) outdoor heated pool 88 Degrees! . We have excellent reviews by past guests and our location makes it very easy to leave your car and walk to the beach or downtown Ogunquit to visit the shops and restaurants. Please not that we do not have an elevator and the Jacuzzi Suite and 1 BR Cottage require climbing one flight of stairs for entry. Booking direct on this website will always provide the lowest prices and best service.

Nicely carpeted sleeping area with two leather chairs and a gas fireplace for romance. Please note this is a 2nd floor room and we do not have an elevator. A cute free standing cottage that is behind the main building of our grounds. Located in a wooded area with lot's of privacy for your enjoyment. The Cottage is the ideal couples retreat and we limit occupants to two guests only. The cottage was renovated recently and has a new kitchen with stainless steel 5-burner gas stove, granite counter tops and is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. The bedroom has a queen size bed and flat screen TV, there is a living room with two couches and chair and a Murphy bed, and a large Flat screen TV and sound system. The bathroom is new and has a tub and shower. The dining area has seating for 6. Outside you will enjoy a huge private deck with a dining table with umbrella and seating for 6, deck chairs and your private BBQ grill. All linens are provided but we do not provide daily housekeeping service to give you the utmost privacy. This cottage is a very special offering in a resort environment. Parking is free and the WiFi is high speed. Finally, access requires climbing a set of steps to reach the cottage and then another set of stairs to enter. Sorry, but it is not handicap accessible. Due to Covid-19 precautions, your room will be deeply sanitized before your arrival there will be $15 per stay cleaning fee. We appreciate your understanding.

Full payment will be required before your arrival to minimize contact. check-in. We do not refund for early departures under any circumstances. All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking of any smoking material will incur a cleaning fee of $250 and will be charged if you smoke in the room. We reserve the right to charge your credit card on file for damages caused by you to items in the room including broken items or excessively soiled linens. Minimum check-in age is 21. Sorry, we love pets as much as you do but we do not allow pets. Room rates are based upon two persons in the room. One car per reservation, Additional vehicle will be a fee of $20 per day, Extra person charge is $20 per night, 1 years and older. Cots are available for $20.00 per night. Children age 1 and under are free
Check in time is 3:00 PM and Check out time is 11:00 AM. ROOMS ARE GUARANTEED UNTIL 6 PM.
Please call if checking in after 6 PM to ensure that your room is held. We may add your email address to our email marketing program.
Credit card payments will incur a 3% Credit card processing fee, 4% if American Express, Sorry, no personal checks are accepted upon arrival. due to the increasing costs by our provider.

Sea View Motel’s Updated Cancellation Policy.
Starting from May 14, 2021 through the full season our policy for cancellation remains the same as always.
• 10 Calendar Days before arrival and there is a $50 cancel fee.
• Cancellations made less than 10 calendar days before arrival will forfeit the first night deposit.
• Date changes are free of charge but the rate on the new dates may be higher or lower. Changes must be made 10 days before arrival only.
Our highest priority is your comfort and safety and please be assured that we are doing everything possible to meet your needs and to exceed your expectations.
