Welcome! Thank you for choosing to visit the Sea Club 1 Beach Resort, located on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico as your vacation destination

Reminder: Beach Towels are not provided - Please bring beach towels for pool/beach areas. We do sell beach towels for as little as $12.00/each if you choose not to pack one..... No Need to bring Hairdryer's - they are installed in every unit. Sea Club does have "FREE" WiFi

Please read the following information...

MINIMUM AGE - Must be 21 or older to rent

Check in- 3:00 pm (Please phone day prior to arrival to see if early check in would be available)

If office is closed upon arrival -Unit will be open with key inside - Manager phone number posted on office door if needed upon arrival - All late arrivals should check in next morning.

Check out - 11:00 am (sorry no late check outs) Check out is firm at 11:00 am - We ask that you please, Check out on time and Depart the Property so we can prepare for our incoming Guests. ( BRADENTON PUBLIC BEACH is located 5 miles north, with changing/restroom facilities...'If you are Just not Ready to Leave the Beach')

Rates are based on 1-2 persons for Studios and 1 bedroom apartments;1-4 persons for 2 bedroom units. Some units may accommodate more persons at a rate of $20.00/person per night. ADDITIONAL PERSONS MUST BE APPROVED BY MANAGEMENT (INCLUDING CHILDREN)

Units are subject to change; management reserves the right to move a guest to another unit if needed. Unit change will be the same type or upgraded at no additional costs to guest.

Falsified Reservations will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.

Note: Only one vehicle per unit; no additional vehicles without Manager approval - Due to limited space, We ask that you do not invite day visitors without authorization; unauthorized vehicles will be towed at vehicle owners expense - keeping amenities for paying guests only. No boats, watercraft, trailers, motor homes etc. allowed on property. If you have a boat that you are planning on bringing with you, please speak with the manager about dock rental locations.

All units are NON-SMOKING and NO PETS are allowed. Any unit that smells of smoke or is not left in the same condition as when checked in; you will be charged a minimum of $100.00. We please ask that you abide by these rules in order to accommodate all of our other guests, as we do advertise that Sea Club 1 is a non-smoking and pet free resort. There are designated smoking areas for those guests who do smoke - Please ask at front desk where these smoking areas are.

Payment Policy

30% Deposit Required upon booking with balance due upon arrival.
Rates are based on 1-2 persons for Studios and 1 bedroom apartments;1-4 persons for 2 bedroom units. Some units may accommodate more persons at a rate of $20.00/person per night. Additional persons must be approved by management.

*There is a $5.00/day resort fee added to each reservation.

Units are subject to change; management reserves the right to move a guest to another unit if needed. Unit change will be the same type or upgraded at no additional costs to guest.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy (30 days prior to arrival) to received full deposit refund; less than 30 days - deposit is non-refundable. Late arrivals or early departures are not eligible for refunds for any reason.

If a renter is evicted by management or local law enforcement no refund of rent fee will be made.

Note: All Season Deposits; once paid in full; are Non-Refundable.
