Syarat & Ketentuan

By proceeding with your reservation, you accept and agree with the following conditions while you stay with us at the Scandia Inn.

RATES AND DEPOSIT
• The rates quoted are based on your period of stay. Rates are subject to change as a result of changes in your arrival and/or departure dates.
• Rates do not include any applicable prevailing government taxes at time of occupancy. The Rates are subject to prevailing Goods and Services Tax.
• The maximum number of guests per room is subject to room type. Please see your specific reservation for details.
• In the event you complete a booking based on a rate that has been incorrectly posted, the Hotel reserves the right to correct the rate or cancel the reservation at its discretion, and will contact you directly in order to do so.
• Any reservation for more than 4 rooms will require a 100% deposit. 50% non refundable.

ELIGIBLE AGE FOR CHECK-IN
• You must be at least 18 years of age to check-in and register for a room.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME
• Check-in time is from 3:30pm and check-out time is by 10:30 am
• A valid government-issued identification or passport is required at check-in.

EARLY ARRIVAL AND LATE DEPARTURE
• Should you arrive at the hotel prior to the normal check-in time, you are advised to approach the Hotel's Guest Services Desk to verify early check in availability. If arriving early, you are also advised to consider making a reservation for the evening prior to your arrival.
• Late check-outs are available on request subject to room availability and occupancy level.
• Please check with the Hotel's Front Desk at least 24 hours prior to your departure on availability of late check-out if not previously arranged to check out late.

CREDIT CARD CONFIRMATION
• A valid credit card is required for all reservations to secure your reservation.
• Upon reservation, credit card will be charged 50% of the reservation total.
• The Hotel accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express only.

SUMMER CANCELLATION POLICY
• For reservations from June 1 through September 30
• Cancellation of, and/or amendments to your reservation must be made 14 days prior to your arrival date. If cancellation and/or amendments are made within 14 days of your reservation, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
• Cancellation or amendment made within 48 hours of arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the entire reservation amount.
• In the event of no-show, 100% of the reservation will be charged.

CANCELLATION POLICY
• Cancellation of, and/or amendments to your reservation must be made 48 hours prior to your arrival date.
• Cancellation or amendment made within 48 hours of arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the entire reservation amount.
• In the event of no-show, 100% of the reservation will be charged.

GROUP RESERVATIONS
• For reservations for groups of 10 rooms and above, please email the motel at thescandiainn@gmail.com.
• For reservations for groups of 4 rooms and above, 50% of the deposit is non-refundable.

PARKING POLICY
• One parking space is included for each room reserved. Contact management to accommodate large/recreational vehicles.

FURTHER INFORMATION
• No gatherings and parties of any nature are allowed without Scandia management written permission. The Scandia Inn reserves the right to evict any additional occupants in the room.
• This reservation is not transferable. No name change is allowed.
• This is a drug-free property. No drugs are allowed on the premises at any time.

SMOKING POLICY
• No smoking of any kind inside any of the rooms or within 25 ft of the buildings. If this policy is violated, a $150 fine will be assessed. If you would like to smoke, you may do so in our designated smoking areas only.

PET POLICY
• There will be no pets permitted on the property. Certified service animals are allowed according to the ADA guidelines only. If this policy is violated, a fine of $150 will be assessed.

ROOM CHARGES AND DAMAGE
Damage to furniture, linens and other property will be assessed a minimum of $150 fine and may exceed this amount if the replacement/repair costs exceed this amount. Keep in mind that excessively soiled linens and furniture will be considered as damages. If an accident happens, please notify hotel management immediately so that we may limit the damages if possible. This includes and is not limited to any defacing of hotel property.

GENERAL PROVISIONS
• By proceeding with the reservation, you further agree and acknowledge that if the reservation is accepted by the motel, your stay subsequently shall be subject to the motel standard terms and conditions of stay.
• The Hotel may, at its absolute discretion, cancel the reservation if the Hotel is of the opinion that the reservation information provided is falsified or incomplete.
• The Hotel shall be entitled to vary, amend and/or otherwise change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• You shall indemnify and hold The Scandia Inn harmless in respect of any liability, loss, damage, cost and expense of any nature arising out of, and/or in connection with the acceptance of the reservation by the Motel.
• The Hotel shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses incurred by you as a result of any cancellation of the reservation by the Hotel.

Kebijakan Pembayaran

All reservations will be subject to a 50% deposit. Upon arrival, guests will be invoiced, and charged for the remainder of their outstanding balance.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. All reservations that are cancelled inside the 48 hour window will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the entire reservation amount. Summer cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance. All reservations that are cancelled inside the 14 day window will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the deposit, or 50% of the entire reservation amount.
