Sure Hotel Newcastle
The hotel opened February 2010 after a major refurbishment and building of a new extension. The Hotel is a grade II listed building, the original building dating back to 1840. Built as a bar and hotel by Sir John Fitzgerald.
The hotel is a small 20 room hotel and the staff are here to make you feel welcome and relaxed as if you were at home. We are a small friendly team, here to ensure you enjoy your stay while with us. Why not try Luigikhan's restaurant while with us.On site FREE parking for hotel guests. Walking distance into the City Centre.
The Westend of town was once the centre of a lot of the merchants houses of Newcastle. Now long gone. Westgate Road runs up the West Wall of Hadrian's Wall. Now not seen, the main road outside the hotel is built on top of the remains of the wall.

The Hotel is 100% smoke free. If you would like to smoke we have smoking areas outside. Any guests found to be smoking inside hotel shall be charged £100.00 deep cleaning fee. Thank you
DAMAGE POLICY
The Hotel shall charge for any damage caused by the guest during their stay.
UNREASONABLE BEHAVIOUR/DISTURBANCE
Any guests causing unreasonable behaviour towards staff or other guests, or causing a disturbance with noise or damaging the property while staying will be charged for any loss the hotel incurs and police being called and guests asked to leave the premises. If a Group Booking, the FULL Group will be asked to leave, and no refunds offered.
NON RESIDENT GUESTS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE BEDROOMS. LOST/DAMAGED ROOM KEYS WILL BE CHARGED AT £100.00 FOR REPLACEMENT
