This property is privately owned and managed. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Royal Palm Hotel will not be held liable for accident or injury to guest, loss of money, jewels or valuables. By provision of this form you accept full responsibility for any breakages, loss or damage caused to the Premises and/or its contents directly or indirectly caused by the Guest, or by any other occupant or any other person invited on or in the Premises by the Guest during the Tenancy and hereby authorises the Agent to pay for any such breakages, loss, damage and all forms of cleaning (including but not limited to rubbish removal) . In the event payment by credit card fails for any reason the Guest agrees to pay the balance within 7 days of being notified in writing of the payment required by the Agent.

Hotel Deposit Policy:
Non-refundable (1) one night of accommodation payment is required at time of booking. 48 hours before arrival the remaining non-refundable balance for your reservation will be automatically charged.
Traveling during holiday season, Easter, Christmas and/or October Regatta will require 50% deposit on booking date. Reservation for the
season must be cancelled 60 days prior to arrival or forfeit deposit.
Politique d'annulation
Deposit equals one (1) night stay non-refundable .
Cancellation with less than (7) seven days notice of arrival will result in a forfeiture of your deposit.
Booking cancelled within 48 hours of arrival will incur a charge of 100% on accommodation fees paid to include taxes.
No shows will be subject to entire amount of charge with credit card.
All cancellation and date change requests must be submitted in writing via email at info@royalpalmhotel.com.
