Please Note: There are no bar facilities at the hotel, however, there are many bars and restaurants nearby.
Parking: Limited free private parking is possible on site on a First-Come, First-Served Basis (Cannot be reserved in advance). Free public parking is possible on Queens Avenue.
Internet: Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. Please request access upon check-in.
Room rates are based on the above-mentioned number of occupants with an extra £25 (Incl. taxes) added to the nightly rate for each additional person. All additional guests must be registered with the front desk at the time of arrival.
Photo Identification: Full photo ID is strictly required from each guest on arrival. (Passport, ID card or driving licence)
Any damages caused to the property will result in a replacement charge.
All rooms are Non-Smoking. A one night ventilation charge will be applied for non-compliance.

Normal bookings: Please note that we do not charge in advance for bookings. Payment is on arrival. A Pre-Authorisation check amounting to one night is carried out to confirm the reservation.
Non-Refundable bookings: You will be charged a prepayment of the total price at any time before arrival.

There is a 3% Credit Card handling charge. No charge for Debit Cards or Cash Payments.

Normal bookings: An advance notice by email or fax is required at all times, even when the cancellation is partial, to allow sufficient time to re-let the room, otherwise a cancellation fee will be chargeable on the following basis:
You must provide us at least 3 days (72 Hours) advance notice before arrival date. If cancelled late 50% of the total price of the reservation will be charged, with a minimum charge of 1 Night.
In case of No-Show the full amount will be charged.
For Non-Refundable bookings (Low rate - No money back): please note, if cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
