Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
Matching signature with the ID required.
The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of arrival, except non-refundable bookings.
Non-smoking building. Pets not allowed.
In case of bad behaviour of the guest, breaching the hotel's rules, their early departure may be determined.
Check-in from 2pm to 8pm. A fee of 30,00€ will be charged for late check-ins.

No deposits/pre-payments will be charged, except non-refundable bookings.

Payments accepted: AMEX, Mastercard, Visa, PayPal and cash. Checks are not accepted.
RM Guest House reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged except non refundable bookings.
If cancelled later, one night will be charged except non refundable bookings.
In case of no-show the total price of reservation will be charged.
