The guest agrees to be charged for the full stay, incidentals and ANY damages occurring on the property
In order to coordinate your arrival, and assist you with directions, transportation, and/or parking service, it is required to provide us your estimated arrival time (as our check in hours are from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm). We can accommodate other check in times but ONLY IF coordinated in advance of your arrival. Late Check-In fee applies: $20 usd from 9:00 pm to 11:00 pm, and $30 usd after 11:00 pm. Bookings under 3 nights we reserve the right to change the guest room assignment, If a lower rate applies you will be charged the lower rate. You will not be charged higher than the confirmed rate.

Federal, state and local taxes, currently 19%, will be added to the cost of all accommodations and applied when payment is processed.
All reservations require a 50% deposit upon confirmation within 7 days UNLESS reservation is under 1000 USD total, then 100% will be billed. Balance is due 60 days prior arrival date.
Each Guest is required to register upon arrival. Standard rate applies for one or two adults per room or suite, thereafter a $30 USD charge per adult, $25 USD charge per child, per night, will be charged.
