Residencia El Balata
Virginia and Pedro are an Italo-Dominican couple, together with their young children they live and run this charming hotel. The Balata, clearly reflects the union of these two families of different cultures and styles, but in complete harmony creating a small hotel unprecedented in the Caribbean.
Pedro and Virginia offer their guests very simple rooms and apartments in style, built and decorated with poor materials, but really very comfortable and cozy. Our goal is to create a pleasant, cozy and comfortable place, away from all all inclusive hotels. We have made all our decorations and areglo, respecting the environment using the rejection of wood cutting, giving new life to a simple dry stick abandoned in the forest.
We do not feel very proud of what we have achieved, and we also do not feel very happy to be able to help take care of the environment.

Payment Policy
A guarantee of the reservation is asked the customer a deposit equivalent to the price of two nights.
If you book at a non-refundable rate, you will have to pay 100% of your stay.
Cancellation Policy
The client can cancel the reservation for free up to 3 days before the arrival date and the deposit made to guarantee the reservation will be credited 100% to another reservation. In case of late cancellation, the client loses the first two nights. The client who reserves with a non-refundable rate, in case of cancellation, does not have the right to return.
