The pool
The pool is open during daytime from approximately May 15 to September 15.
Note! It is forbidden to dive into the pool. Parents are responsible for their children. The children is area of the pool is 0.7 m. deep . The pool has a total of approx. 7 * 14 m and children´s 0.7 to 1.3 meters deep.
Please do not leave the garbage bag outside the door since birds and wild boars like to open these bags.
Garbage is sorted and thrown in green yellow or white large plastic boxes that are deployed along all roads. A rule of thumb is never to mix glass with other waste.
Please note that smoking is not allowed inside the apartments!
There is a folder with information about the surroundings, our favorite restaurants and places to see in every apartment.
Enjoy Europe's finest ice cream at the icecreambar in Castellina in Chianti- it's unforgettable!

Terms of payment
Your invoice will be sent to the specific email address you provided for us.
To guarantee your booking you will be asked to pay 25% of the rent at time of booking. The remaining rent is due no later than six weeks before arrival.
Norme di cancellazione
The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
