DAILY HOUSEKEEPING NOT INCLUDED> Prices shown are the lowest available for each night, , rounded to the nearest dollar. Prices shown may be available only with multi-night stays or arrival on a specific day. Taxes and resort fee are not included. Rate is based on double occupancy plus 12% tax. A daily resort fee of $35 will be added to the nightly rate. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check in. Offer is subject to availability, and is not available to groups or persons attending meetings or conventions. This offer is non-transferable and may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. Management reserves the right to cancel or change this promotion at its discretion without prior notice.Every effort will be made to accommodate your requests for specific room type and location; however, we are unable to guarantee any requests as rooms are not assigned until check in. Additional fees may apply depending on the specific requests.

The credit or debit card used to reserve your reservation will be required upon arrival to register. We will place an authorization against this account to cover applicable charges for room, tax and resort fees, as well as a $100 incidental amount per day to allow you access to room charging privileges and may result in additional authorizations should your charges exceed the originally approved amount. Guests using a debit card in lieu of a credit card acknowledge unused funds are released upon check-out may take 3-7 business days for domestic banks and up to 30 days for international banks to become available through their financial institution.

All prices are subject to taxes and/or resort fees and based on double occupancy on a per-night basis. The Signature reserves the right to cancel or modify this promotion at its discretion and without prior notice. Prior approval is required if you are paying with a company credit card. Please contact Room Reservations for details on our credit card policy. All reservations require a valid credit card on file at registration. Payments may be made with credit card, cash, and debit cards but credit card must remain on record for duration of stay. .

Politique d'annulation

Full refund if canceling prior to 72 hours of reservation. Cancelling within 48 hours will results in charge of one night plus tax. Any cancellation within 24 hours of reservation will be charged in full. Packaged deals requires a 14 day cancellation period. Holiday reservations requires 10 days cancellation policy. Some offers include their own cancellation and refund policy. In the event you decide to check out prior to your confirmed departure date, you will be charged an early departure assessment in the amount equal to the applicable rate and taxes you were quoted for the night you are departing.
