Red Lantern Bed & Breakfast

-Check in is between 3 PM and 5 PM. Check out is no later than 11AM.
-Alternate check in/check out times may be accommodated with prior approval by Red Lantern Bed & Breakfast. (Fees May Apply.)
-Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Children must be in parent or guardian's full and complete control and supervision at all times.
-Valid Photo ID is required by Guest, and in some cases, members of Guest's party, at the time of check-in. (State issued Driver's License, State Issued ID, Passport, or Military ID)
-No Smoking indoors, only at the outside, designated smoking areas.
-No candles or other open flames of any type are permitted, inside of Red Lantern Bed & Breakfast. Outdoor open flames are limited to the supplied gas fire pit.
-Breakfast will be served at time agreed upon by Red Lantern Bed & Breakfast and Guests. Special dietary needs may be accommodated, with prior agreement between Guest and Red Lantern B&B (Fees May Apply.)
-Guests are responsible and liable for any breakages, damages, lost and missing items, to the accommodations (Red Lantern Bed & Breakfast) and/or its contents, which are caused by the Guest and/or their party. Fees may be charged to the Guest, for theses breakages, damages, lost or missing items, as determined by Red Lantern Bed & Breakfast.
-Guests are responsible to report, to Red Lantern Bed & Breakfast staff, knowledge of any breakages, damages, lost or missing items to the accommodations (Red Lantern Bed & Breakfast) and/or its contents, which are caused buy the Guest and/or their party, ASAP.
-Red Lantern Bed & Breakfast does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, theft, or injury to Guests, members of Guest's party, and any vehicles or possessions belonging to Guests and/or members of their party.
- Guests are responsible to contact Red Lantern Bed & Breakfast in case of any personal items left behind on the property by the Guest and/or their parties, as arrangements will be made to forward these items back to the Guest.
-On street and off street parking are available to Guests of Red Lantern Bed & Breakfast, as well as bicycle parking.
-No pets or animals allowed. Exceptions will be made for Certified Service Animals. Guest with Certified Service Animals may be asked to supply proof of certification to Red Lantern Bed & Breakfast.
-Any data collected during the course of a Guest's booking, check in, stay, and check out with Red Lantern Bed & Breakfast, will never be shared with a third party.
-Guest must not violate federal, state, and/or local laws and regulations while on Red Lantern Bed & Breakfast property.
-Alcohol may be consumed, responsibly, by Red Lantern Bed & Breakfast Guests who are over the legal drinking age of 21. Underage drinking is not permitted at Red Lantern Bed & Breakfast.
-The kitchen equipment is for use by Red Lantern Bed & Breakfast staff only.
-Guests are expected to read and honor all signage posted on Red Lantern Bed & Breakfast property.
-Each extra Guest, exceeding a room's occupancy, will be charged a fee determined by Red Lantern Bed & Breakfast.
-Guests are expected to respect the rights and privacy of other Guests and staff of Red Lantern Bed & Breakfast.
-All common areas (Guest Lounge, the television, shared bathroom, outdoor areas, etc.) are to be shared by all Guests and their parties.
-Red Lantern Bed & Breakfast and its staff will do its best to honor the special request of all of our Guests, but cannot guarantee all special requests will be honored.
-No refunds or discounts will be given for early departures and/or late arrivals, without prior arrangement with Red Lantern Bed & Breakfast.
-Red Lantern Bed & Breakfast reserves the right to terminate any Guest's stay, based on violation by the Guests and/or their parties, of these terms and conditions, without refund.

Payment Policy

-Payment of credit card will be excepted. -Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express will be excepted
-Cash payment, of entire stay, may be accepted with prior agreement with RLB&B, at time of check-in.
-Local, State, and Federal taxes apply and will be charged as necessary.
- Valid, excepted credit card and a deposit of 50% are both required at time of booking online, or by phone.

Cancellation Policy

-Red Lantern would only cancel accommodations for reasons beyond our control, making sure to TRY our best to find alternate accommodations. Any deposits or payments made by the Guest would be returned in full, in this situation. Our liability would not extend beyond this point.
-No refunds or discounts will be given for early departures and/or late arrivals.
-For any reservation not canceled and not honored, the Guest will be responsible for the cost of the entire reservation.
-A fee may be charged for reservations canceled within (2) two days before said reservation.
-Red Lantern Bed & Breakfast reserves the right to terminate a Guest's stay, based on violation by the Guests and/or their parties, of these terms and conditions, without refund.
