Quinta dos Cochichos is a family run rural guesthouse with a few centenary old renovated houses, with preserved Algarvian authenticity. Situated in Quelfes, a genuine countryside area 4 km away from the city of Olhão and the Natural Park of Ria Formosa, we offer quiet and comfortable self-catered accommodation, amidst the typical flora of the Algarve.

Being an aficionado of the organic agriculture, Marc develops fruit trees, vegetables, teas and herbs, which guests may savour during their stay.

Quinta dos Cochichos is a local farm, built back in 1917. The houses have been totally renovated, some being used as various accommodation units: 2 apartments , 2 duplexes and a studio, spread into 3 different and separated houses. There are other smaller buildings inside the property, these being used as support to the activity.

Cochichos Farm is set in about 4 acres, surrounded by almond, fig, carob and olive trees, as well as other fruit trees including some tropical.

All units are different and named after a typical fruit from the Algarve:
- Casa da Alfarroba (2 -bedroom apartment)
- Casa do Figo (2-bedroom apartment)
- Casa da Nespera ( Studio)
- Casa da Amendoa (1-bedroom duplex)
- Casa da Oliveira (1-bedroom duplex)

You may enjoy an outdoor pool and a sauna during winter time, as well as free Wi-Fi and secured parking inside the property.

All houses feature a flat screen TV in the living room area, with about 120 channels. Also, a fully equipped kitchenette/ kitchen is also available to prepare your meals.

Each house has its own terrace with outdoor furniture and a barbecue, preserving the privacy of all guests.

The houses are equipped with a private bathroom with shower and free amenities.

Towels and bedlinen are included in the price, as well as baby items such as baby bed, high chair, baby cook.

Families and groups may enjoy the boule pitch or the giant trampolin available. There is a playground and a small kids' house with toys and a sand box for the little ones.

Conditions générales

- All reservations are provisional until the payment of a deposit.
- Quinta dos Cochichos shall be informed of all guests, including children and infants.
- The number of guests shall not exceed the total allowed in the room description.
- The person who made the reservation acts on behalf of the other guests and is responsible for all the obligations towards the Guesthouse.
- Identity details of all guests are to be filled in in the appropriate form sent with the confirmation email.
- The house is guaranteed for occupancy from 15h00 of the check-in day.
- We kindly request our guests to leave the house before 11h00 of the check-out day.
- Bedlinen and towels are included in the price and are changed every week.
- Cleaning is done before arrival and at the end of each week of stay.
- All children under 6 years of age inclusive, do not pay accommodation, limited to the maximum occupancy of the unit.
- Washing and drying machines are available and subject to an added cost.
- Sauna facilities are available and subject to an added cost.
- Smoking is not allowed indoors.
- No sharp objects are allowed in the pool area.
- The objects inside the houses cannot be taken outside the property.

Conditions de paiement

- A deposit payment of 50% is requested following the reservation.

-Payments are made either online or by bank transfer.

-The due balance is to be paid 15 days before arrival at the latest.

Politique d'annulation

Cancellation periods:

- Up to 15 days before arrival: 0% costs.

- Between 15 days and 1 day before arrival: 50% costs

- Same day cancellation or no show: 100% costs
