Terms & Conditions
ROOM POLICY
Children of all age are welcome in the Pousada. Children from 0 to 2 years old stay free of charge, persons from 2 years old up to 12 years old pay an extra fee of R$ 90,00/night.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Only the number of people mentioned in the reservation are allowed to sleep in the room. Only 2 adults are allowed per room.
Well educated pets are warmly welcomed in the Pousada at no extra charge. Please inform us in advance if you would like to bring yours.
Please do not bring any food or drinks.
CHECK IN in the room 2PM - CHECK OUT of the room 12PM
You are very welcome to entre the grounds of the Pousada as from 10am and leave the day of the check out before 6pm. (no entry allowed before 10am)
To allow us to receive you in the best conditions, please inform us the schedule of your check in. Thank you to inform us of any check-in scheduled after 18h, under penalty of being refused entry into the premises of our establishment From 19h, the entrance gate of the Pousada is closed with a padlock with unique CODE: 071.
Payment Policy
10% FOR THE SERVICE
At the end of your stay, you will be offered the possibility of adding a 10% service charge on the TOTAL AMOUNT of your bill. This service tax is OPTIONAL.
Valid only for the *TARIFA STANDARD*
No deposit will be charged to confirm your reservation, the total payment will be made at the end of your stay. However, we will charge R$ 1.00 to ensure the validity of the credit card.
Valid only for the *PERIOD OF NEW YEAR & CARNIVAL*
No deposit will be charged to confirm your reservation, the total payment will be made 30 days before the check in date. We will charge 100% of your stay on the credit card.
Valid only for the *AGENCY RATE*
1 month before the check-in date, we will send the agency an invoice of the total value of the stay as well as our ITAU bank details. We ask for the 100% payment 30 days before the check in date
We accept debit and credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Hipercard, Diners Club and American Express.
Please note that there are no ATM machines in Imbassai. The closest one is located in Praia do Forte (10 km from Imbassai).
Cancellation Policy
Valid only for the *TARIFA STANDARD*
If cancelled or modified up to 4 DAYS before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the TOTAL price of the reservation will be charged.
Valid only for the *PERIOD OF NEW YEAR & CARNIVAL*
In case of cancellation in less than 30 DAYS before the booking date, or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Valid only for the *AGENCY RATE*
In case of cancellation in less than 1 month before the booking date, the transfer will not be refunded or left as a credit.
