Terms & Conditions

All rooms have private bathrooms, free wi-fi and safe. Rates include a full breakfast of coffee, juice, bread with butter and marmalade, fresh fruit, and a choice of yogurt with granola, quinoa oatmeal or eggs.

Pisac Inn reserves the right to move reservations between the same category rooms as the one(s) reserved by the client without previous notice. Pisac Inn has the right to upgrade reservations free of charge.

Rooms are priced for single and double occupancy. A third or fourth guest will result in an additional charge per person, per night.

Guests must present their TAM (Tarjeta Andina de Migraciones) when they check into the hotel, either via virtual or physical copy.

Limitations of liability
Pisac Inn and its designated service providers shall not be held liable. Pisac Inn will make arrangements for your excursions and activities through local tour operators, guides and transportation service providers over which it has no direct control. Pisac Inn makes these travel arrangements upon the express condition that Pisac Inn and employees, shall not be liable for any delay, mishap, inconvenience, expense, irregularity, bodily injury or death to person, or damage to property occasioned through the conduct or default of any company or individual engaged in providing these services.
Furthermore, Pisac Inn shall not be liable for bodily injury or property damage for any reason, including but not limited to acts of God, weather, quarantines, strikes, civil disturbance, theft, default, detention, annoyance, changes in government regulations, terrorism, war, or failure of conveyance to arrive or depart as scheduled, etc., over which it (Pisac Inn) has no control.

Health Policy
It is each traveler’s responsibility to check with his or her doctor and confirm that they are fit for the high altitude and nature of travel in Peru, assuring good physical and mental health. Pisac Inn and its designated service providers reserve the right to decline service to any person or to require any traveler to withdraw from Pisac Inn at his or her own expense anytime when such an action is determined by the staff and /or service providers to be in the best interest of the health, safety and general welfare of the guest or Pisac Inn.

Payment Policy

Check-out is at 10am and check-in is at 12pm.
Children five and under are free of charge at Pisac Inn when sharing a bed with parents. If you wish breakfast for the child, you can order à la carte and pay separately.
Room rates do not include 18% tax applicable to Peruvians or foreigners staying without proof of tourist visa in their passport.
Visa and Mastercard are accepted for payment in soles upon check-out in addition to cash in USD or Soles.
All prices and fares are quoted in Peruvian soles, or in dollars in accordance with the daily exchange rate.

Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations made outside of 30 days from the arrival date are not subject to a cancellation penalty, and the payment for the first night of the reservation will be refunded.
- If guest cancels within 30 days of the arrival date, they will be charged 100% of the first night stay.
- If guest cancels within 7 days of the arrival date, they will be charged the full price of the reservation.
- No-shows will be charged the full price of the reservation.
- If a guest must leave Pisac Inn no refunds are guaranteed for any unused portions of a reservation.
- Pisac Inn reserves the right to cancel any reservation because of good faith concerns with respect to the safety, health or welfare of the guests. If Pisac Inn cancels a reservation you will receive a full refund of monies paid, and we will do our best to assist you in securing a reservation elsewhere.
These terms & conditions and cancellation policies do NOT apply to group reservations. Please contact booking@pisacinn.com to make a group reservation.
