Pikes Peak Paradise wants to make sure you have a wonderful stay. If we can be of assistance please let us know.

Check-In is between 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. At times I may call or email you with Self Check-In Instructions if out doing errands for the B&B or if you have a late arrival.

Check-Out - 11 a.m.

A full gourmet breakfast is served from 8:00 – 10:00 a.m.

Complimentary Beer/Wine is available from 5:00 – 9:00 p.m.
(Just remember the high altitude, 1 beer/wine feels like 2. That’s why they call is the Rocky Mountain High).

Additional Guests - Adventus Suite (up to 4) or 2 Queen Suite (up to 6) - $35 per additional guest beyond double occupancy.

Child Friendly - $35 per additional infant or child beyond double occupancy. Usually the limit is up to 3 children per day.

Pet Friendly - Well-behaved dogs are allowed. There is a $35 additional charge per dog per day and a refundable $100 damage deposit. Verification of inoculations are required and an agreement to hold Pikes Peak Paradise harmless from injury by and to your dogs. Usually the limit is up to 3 dogs per day. Sorry cats are not allowed due to allergies.

Smoker Friendly - Smoking in ALL public Colorado Buildings is prohibited. Smoking is permitted anywhere outside, preferably on your own patio or the main lobby patio. There is a charge of $300 for smoking inside the room.

Payment Policy

One Night – 50% of room rate. Many Nights – One night’s room rate. Balance due at checkout.

Cancellation Policy

This cancellation policy only applies to bookings made directly with Pikes Peak Paradise. Bookings made through 3rd party online travel agents have their only stricter policy and this policy does not apply.

1-3 Day Bookings

Full refund within 14 days minus a $20 fee per room booked.
Half amount of reservation will be charged within 7-13 days prior to reservation.
Full amount of reservation will be charged day of to 6 days prior to reservation.

Holidays, Group Bookings and 4 Days or More Bookings

Full refund within 30 days minus a $20 fee per room booked.
Half amount of reservation will be charged within 15-29 days prior to reservation.
Full amount of reservation will be charged day of to 14 days prior to reservation.

It is recommended that our guests secure travel insurance through https://www.insuremytrip.com or http://www.travelguard.com to cover unexpected cancellation costs.

Directions to Pikes Peak Paradise -
236 Pinecrest Road, Woodland Park, CO 80863.

From I-25 in Colorado Springs
Take exit 141 (Cimarron Road/Hwy 24 West) 19.2 miles to Woodland Park. Pass the city of Woodland Park (City Market) and go over an overpass.

Turn Right at 1st stop light – CR 25/Trout Creek Rd and go 1.8 miles to the (Pass North) South Coyote Trail Road. Watch for B & B sign on hill.

Turn Right at South Coyote Trail Road (Pond) and go 0.7 miles up to East Pinecrest Road. This last mile is a dirt/granite road so please be considerate of my neighbors and go the desired 15MPH.

Turn Left on East Pinecrest Road which turns into West Pinecrest and go straight up 0.5 miles to Pikes Peak Paradise – 236 Pinecrest Road on the right hand side (Cedar Fence). Pull in the circle drive and park in Guest Parking.
