Please download the OpenKey App on your iOS or Android smartphone. When your suite is ready for self-check-in, you will receive a mobile key to enter the hotel and your private suite. Once activated, you may share the mobile guest keys with other guests. Simply tap the lock before holding your phone up to the door and voila; your smartphone is now your personal key until check-out. If you will not be traveling with a smartphone, please contact us to in advance to request traditional key cards for your stay.

All occupants must be registered including adults, children, infants, and pets. Extra adults, children or infants are $60/person per night if the included occupancy of the suite is exceeded within the maximum occupancy. Extra pets are $30/pet per night if the included occupancy of the suite is exceeded. Pets are only allowed in the Bungalow Suite A (230) and Bungalow Suite B (231); any evidence of pets in non-pet friendly suites will result in a $150 cleaning fee plus tax. All suites are non-smoking; any evidence of smoking in any suite will result in a $300 cleaning fee plus tax.

COVID-19: We are currently limiting on-site daily housekeeping refresh services for stay-though guests with the exception of contact-free fresh towel exchanges and the replenishment of amenities.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Our friendly team is always nearby and happy to assist you 24/7. In the event of an emergency, loud noise from other suites, or inappropriate behavior from other guests, please call 1.805.995.0014 or 1.805.995.2324 after hours. We want to ensure that your stay exceeds your expectations - please let us know if there is anything else we can do to make your experience exceptional!

Single-night stays will be charged 100% of the cost + tax and multiple-night stays will be charged 50% of the cost + tax on the day of booking. A $200 hold will be placed on your Credit Card on the day of arrival to guarantee all incidental suite expenses. Please note that Debit Cards are not recommended for use since this hold will freeze funds in the checking accounts. Prices do not include gratuity for Suite Service Attendants. *Reservations made through third-party booking agents are subject to alternative policies.

Política de cancelamento

For any or all nights that are cancelled, the suite will be prioritized to rebook. If a cancelled night is rebooked in the same suite by another guest, that night's 50% deposit will be refunded. If the cancelled night is not rebooked in the same suite by another guest, that night's 50% deposit is forfeited. The cancellation policy goes into effect at the time of booking. Reservations cancelled after 6:00 PM Pacific Standard Time 24 hours prior to your arrival date are nonrefundable. If booked through a third party, please contact the booking agent directly for cancellation policies.
