Terms & Conditions

PÁTIO Turismo Lda. operates PÁTIO LODGE shown on the booking confirmation. Unless any special agreements have been made, the following rules apply.

BOOKING & CONFIRMATION
Booker is required to state name, address, telephone, email, arrival/departure time and method of payment, must be at least 18y and if booking the room for a minor is liable regardless of staying with the minor in the room or not. A booking is binding once PÁTIO confirmed. PÁTIO shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs incurred as a result of cancellations.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIME
Check-in 3PM-7:30PM. After this time rooms can booked out. Later check-in only after previous request. Guests who arrive before can move into their available room as early as possible. Valid passport and filling of registration form is required. Check-out until 11 AM. Late check-out until 6 PM plus 50% after 6 PM 100% of the agreed room price. Late check-outs are available on request subject to room availability.

CREDIT CARD CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT
Bookings have to be guaranteed either by pre-payment by valid Visa/Mastercard credit or debit card ( number, expiry date, CVC, name of cardholder) or separate bank transfer after receiving invoice. Non-guaranteed bookings won't be accepted!

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancelation fees: 59-22 days (50%), 21-10 days (80%), less than 10 days and no-show and non-refundable rates (100%).

FURTHER INFORMATION
Rooms are non-smoking. Guests breaching the smoking ban, will be charged for ensuing costs. The guest is liable towards the Lodge for all damages and losses which were made by him or his accompanying people, without the hotel having to prove their fault. No pets. PÁTIO has no strict responsibility for property kept in the guest rooms. No parties. We collect your personal data for the purposes of administering and managing your customer relationship.
