Terms & Conditions

Guests must provide their address and a phone number when booking.
Foreign guests must also provide a passport number and identification information to be sent to SEF (Portuguese Foreigners and Frontiers Office), a mandatory requirement.
The minimum age to make a reservation is 18 years.
There is no maximum age for reservations.
Guests should consider their mobility and ability to go up and down stairs. There are no elevators in the property.
Breakfast: is offered between 08:00h and 10:00h on weekdays. They are not offered on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).
During the day, guests can freely use the dining room for coffee, tea, or meals that are brought to the house or prepared for snacks. We note that the dishes, cutlery, cups or cups used should be washed and dried after use.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is not allowed inside the property, not even on the balconies. Smoking is allowed in the garden.

Guests are not allowed to organize parties or events.

The rest period, where silence is expected, is between 22:00h and 8:00h.

The games room is free of charge and can be used between 10:00h and 22:00h.

We have a room with a small library, sofa and desk with chairs for computer use that is open and is also free. Please, keep the restrictions of silence while using them in the evenings.
Library books may be freely borrowed, read and returned for as long as the guest is with us.

Children are accepted only from 5 years of age. We do not have cots available.
When using an extra bed available, the stay of persons aged 5 and over is € 15 per person per night.

Check-in must be done between 15:00h and 22:00h.
Check-out is by 11:00h.

Payment Policy

At the time of booking a pre-authorization of €100 will be made on the guest's card to confirm the validity of the card.
No fees will be charged or reservations cancelled within 24 hours after the reservation has been made, except in less than 14 days of arrival.
The Client must pay 50% of the total amount within less than 14 days of arrival.
The remaining amount will be paid upon check-in.
The Tourist Tax of the Cascais Chamber is mandatory and must be paid by all visitors over 12 years of age. It has a cost of € 2 per person/day, limited to the first 7 days of accommodation. This fee must be paid on arrival. A receipt will be provided.

Cancellation Policy

• If a cancellation is made up to 14 days before the date of arrival, the guest will not be charged.
• From the 14th day before the date of arrival, the guest will be charged 50% of the total amount of the reservation. This will be charged to the guest card and is non-refundable.
• No-show on the day of arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the total amount.
In case of necessity of refund, this will be done within 7 days.
