A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation(pre-authorization may be required). Full payment will be made directly at the Hotel at check-out time, except if the reservation is cancelled with less than 24 hours before arrival day.
If cancelled up to 24 hours before date of arrival, no fee will be charge
If cancelled later, 100% will be charged.
In case of no-show, All nights will be charged.
Departure prior the reserved dates will result in a 100% charge of the remaining accommodation balance.

Payment Policy

TAHALÚ TURISMO S.L. As a company responsible for data processing, we treat the information you provide in order to provide the requested service and billing it. A minimum term of 5 years will be retained. They will not be transferred to third parties, except legal obligation.
