The Old Town Inn is a charming bed and breakfast (B&B) located on Block Island, just over 1 mile from town. Built in the late 1800's by Lorenzo Littlefield, as part of the original Town Center. One of the last original buildings of the old center, the Inn has been family owned and operated since the 1920's and changed hands in October 2019.

MINIMUM STAYS. Two-night minimum stay, except...Three-night minimum stay over the Fourth of July holiday and Labor Day weekend. Please check with us on availability for shorter stays.
Your reservation is confirmed and you may check in from 3pm until 9pm. If you will be arriving after 9pm, please call in advance and make the appropriate arrangements. If arriving before scheduled check in time, please feel free to come by and drop your bags so you can start to enjoy your time on the Island. If you room is available, we will gladly check you in early. Breakfast is included with all rooms and is from 7:30 to 9:45am.

To hold the room, 1/2 of the room rate for the stay will be charged at time of booking and the remaining balance will be paid at time of check in.

CANCELLATIONS.
We are on an island, and as such, there are only two ways to get here - by boat or by plane. It doesn't take a hurricane -- gusts above 25 MPH and fog can play havoc on transportation. We are a small inn and can't be held responsible for issues with travel (here or from your destination), so please prepare.
As we are a small Inn, we require 72 hour notice in order to receive a full refund of all deposits.
