We are privately owned and operated and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Pets allowed in cabin rentals plus a $10 pet fee. EARLY CHECK IN OR LATE CHECK OUT RATE FOR RV'S AND CABINS is $15. NO EXCEPTIONS!

RALLY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Tent sites within the campground will still be selected on a first come first served basis. RV sites are preassigned and you are guaranteed a specific site. During Rally, parking is limited. For everyone's safety we park extra vehicles and trailers at a secure lot behind the campground and shuttle you as needed. This ensures the safety of all of our guests. All campgrounds during the rally are not allowed to have open fires. You can have propane grills at your campsite for cooking. Each person must wear an official No Name City Luxury Cabins & RV, LLC wristband at all times. NO SUBLEASING OF ANY KIND ON CABINS, RV SITES, CAMPERS OR TENTING!

2021 RALLY CANCELLATION POLICY
Note: A deposit of 50% of your booking will be taken at reservation. The balance will be due in March. You may cancel your reservation anytime up to MAY 1 of that year, and 80% of your payment will be returned to you. After MAY 1, your reservation is final and non-refundable for any reason and is forfeited if you are unable to attend the annual Rally. All deposits paid are final and non refundable. We are privately owned and operated and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
NO SUBLEASING OF ANY KIND ON CABINS, RV SITES, CAMPERS OR TENTING!

We accept checks, cash, Discover, MasterCard and Visa credit/debit cards ONLY. Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.

NON-RALLY CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservation deposits for cabin rentals are collected at booking for first night stay.
You may cancel your cabin within 14 days of arrival date and will be refunded 80% of your deposit. Cabin reservations cancelled within 7 days of arrival date are NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason. RV cancellations made after 2pm on the day prior to arrival date will be charged for the first night stay!
