Welcome to Nite Inn! Please review the following terms that you agree to by providing your signature & initials on this sheet:
Upon check-in, we charge your credit card for room, tax, and property surcharge using the card that you provided. In addition, we authorize your credit card in the amount of $200 for incidentals, smoking fee, cleaning fee, & damages. Within 3 business days of your check-out, we will void the authorization deposit, provided there is no incidental charge, smoking fee, cleaning fee, or damages. All guest rooms are NONSMOKING. Free cancellation/ modification is allowed as long as the reservation is cancelled/modified at least 72-hrs prior to arrival date otherwise the guest will be charged for the first night rent plus tax. __________

In signing this form, you also agree to be responsible for a pet cleaning fee of $35 per night per pet, if they should occur. __________

We expect all of our guest to be considerate of each other. With this in mind, we have the right to stop service without a refund and/or charge an additional $200 fee at any point as a penalty for inappropriate behavior on our property. We define inappropriate behavior in the following ways – including but not limited to- smoking, excessive noise making, and violation of our pet policy. __________

Check out time is by 11 am. A late check out fee of $15 per hour (starting at 11 am) will be assessed for rooms not check out by 1130 am. If room is not vacant by 4 pm, a full-day’s rate will be assessed. Any reservation that departs early and doesn’t provide 48-hrs notice of early departure, will be assessed a two nights room and tax charge. __________

We provide ONE compact/midsize parking space per room. All vehicles must be registered at the Front Desk upon check-in. ALL UNAUTHORIZED VEHICLES WILL BE TOWED AWAY AT THE OWNER’S EXPENSE! Please be courteous to others and park your car entirely between the double yellow lines. If you are parked incorrectly or partially block a second space or another vehicle, we may be forced to tow away your vehicle at your own expense. __________

In order to continue to provide our guests with complimentary towels and bedding, effective immediately, we are charging guest who cause a permanent stain on our bedding and/or towels. We charge for blood stains, make up stains, and all other permanent stains which won’t come off after a wash. __________

Exposure to COVID-19 is an inherent risk in any public location where people are present; we cannot guarantee you will not be exposed during your visit to our property. __________

Nite Inn is privately owned and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guest or for loss and/or theft of money jewelry, or valuables of any kind. The owners & management of this property will not be responsible for the loss, theft, vandalism, or damages to any personal property, valuables, monies, automobile, or goods of any kind of the occupants or visitors of these rooms. By providing my signature below, I agree to all items above and assume full responsibility in accordance with all applicable laws for all my room charges and damages incurred throughout the duration of my visit.

Most major Credit cards and Debit Cards are accepted at this property. We also accept cash payments. Nite Inn must have a valid credit card on file in order guarantee any reservation.

Norme di cancellazione

Free cancellation / modification are allowed as long as the reservation is cancelled / modified at least 72 hrs prior to arrival date. If the guest fails to cancel / modify his/her reservation within a timely manner, the guest will be charged for the first night rent plus tax. Group bookings must be cancelled / modified at least 14 days prior to arrival date. For Group reservations, If the guest fails to cancel / modify his/her reservation within a timely manner, the guest will be charged for the total rent plus tax.
