RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS: They will have a penalty of 100% of the value corresponding to the deposit.
A reservation will be guaranteed only by paying the deposit corresponding to the season.
We do not give refunds.
Low season:
DEPOSIT: A deposit of 50% of the total rate is requested. The remaining 50% will be paid at the time of check-in.
MODIFICATIONS: Changes in the reservation will be accepted as long as it is made 7 days before the arrival date. If this is the case, we will give you a valid credit note for 6 months.
High season:
Christmas, Easter, Holidays and Special Events
DEPOSIT: Full payment of the reservation is required.
MODIFICATIONS: Modifications to reservations are not accepted.
NOTE:
AIRPORT / SPRING TRANSPORTATION SERVICE is offered for an additional cost, available 24 hours a day. Contact the property in advance to request it.
CHECK IN / ARRIVAL TIME AFTER 5:00 pm, please notify the hotel in advance or detail it in the booking confirmation.
RECEPTION SCHEDULE 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
