Mountain Hostel Tarter is a unique establishment in Andorra, made for travelers by travelers and designed to offer what we usually look out for when we’re traveling: a comfy and practical place to stay, in a warm and friendly atmosphere. All of this with the best quality/price you’ll find, and in a renewed rustic and sustainable home.

So forget about the accommodation and sleeping..! We’re here for that! It’s up to you to make the most out of your days in Andorra, practicing your favorite sport or hobby… by the way, which one is it? The total amount of the bill must be paid at the check-in. You may pay with cash, by VISA or MASTERCARD.
If you book through our website www.mountainhosteltarter.com, you’ll have to pay for the first night by credit card as a diposit and the outstanding amount at the check-in.

Si reservas a través de nuestra web www.mountainhosteltarter.com, deberás abonar la primera noche con tarjeta de crédito como depósito y el importe pendiente en el check-in.

Politique d'annulation

Les conditions d'annulation suivantes s'appliquent aux réservations privées de moins de 10 personnes. Pour les réservations de groupe de 10 personnes ou plus, des conditions spéciales s'appliquent et seront spécifiquement mentionnées dans la réservation.

Notre politique d'annulation générale est de 3 JOURS (72h) avant le jour d'arrivée. Autrement dit, si vous annulez ou modifiez votre réservation avant 3 JOURS (72h) du jour de votre arrivée à l'auberge, aucun frais ne sera facturé. Si vous annulez ou modifiez votre réservation en dehors de cette période, ou ne vous présentez pas à l'auberge, le 100% de la réservation sera débité sur la carte de crédit. Mais il y a des exceptions selon la période de l'année et ces exceptions sont les suivantes:

EXCEPTIONS:
1- Du 1er novembre au 30 avril, la politique d'annulation est de 15 JOURS. Autrement dit, pour les réservations avec un séjour pendant ces dates, si vous annulez ou modifiez votre réservation avant 15 JOURS du jour de votre arrivée à l'auberge, aucun frais ne sera facturé. Si vous annulez ou modifiez votre réservation en dehors de cette période, ou ne vous présentez pas à l'auberge, le 100% de la réservation sera débité sur la carte de crédit.
2- Du 25 décembre au 5 janvier et du 1er au 28 février, la politique d'annulation est de 30 JOURS. Autrement dit, pour les réservations avec un séjour pendant ces dates, si vous annulez ou modifiez votre réservation avant 30 JOURS du jour d'arrivée à l'auberge, aucun frais ne sera facturé. Si vous annulez ou modifiez votre réservation en dehors de cette période, ou ne vous présentez pas à l'auberge, le 100% de la réservation sera débité sur la carte de crédit.

CONDITIONS PARTICULIÈRES D'ANNULATION LIÉES AU COVID-19:
En période de Covid-19, la politique d'annulation et les exceptions mentionnées s'appliquent également. Même dans ce cas, un remboursement complet de la réservation est garanti à tout moment si vous devez annuler la réservation en raison de l'une des 3 circonstances suivantes:
1- Si vous ne pouvez pas quitter votre pays ou entrer en Andorre en raison des restrictions de voyage liées à Covid-19. Il doit s'agir d'une déclaration officielle du gouvernement du pays qui interdit les voyages s'il ne s'agit pas d'un voyage essentiel.
2- Si la station de ski de Grandvalira ferme complètement à cause de Covid-19.
3- Si vous avez reçu un diagnostic de Covid-19 avant votre voyage et que vous ne pouvez pas voyager aux dates de votre réservation. Dans ce cas, il sera indispensable d'envoyer un certificat médical certifiant le positif au Covid-19 ainsi que le temps de garde indispensable prescrit par le médecin. Malgré tout, nous vous recommandons de souscrire une assurance voyage qui vous protège contre une éventuelle annulation pour cette raison.
