LODGING AND BOOKING
MORRISON HOTEL time to check in 14:00 if the room is availaible you can have early check in with out any charge and check-out 12:00 hours on departure day( late check out have extra $25.00 charge until 19:00). The number of guests is limited to 1 person in SINGLE ROOM , up to 2 people in the DOUBLE ROOM and up to 4 people in Family Room (extra person charges $10.00). Prices given are per room type and per night.
To confirm your reservation, MORRISON HOTEL, requires the first night stay deposit. Once made the payment and received by the accounting area, the hotel will validate your reservation by providing a confirmation number. If you do not have this number, MORRISON HOTEL does not guarantee your reservation.
PRICES. All rates presented in this website are expressed US Dollars. MORRISON HOTEL guarantees the lowest prices in their direct bookings from your website, phone calls, WhatsApp, social media and via email.

Payment Policy

1. A deposit of 100% of the first night is required to secure your reservation. Once the payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing the details of your reservation.
2. The remaining balance of your room must be paid upon arrival. Forms of payment in Morrison Hotel are: Cash and credit card. No travelers checks accepted. If you want, you can pay your balance by bank transfer before arrival. Please contact us if you want to receive details of the bank account and the instructions for the transfer. These can be made up to a week before arrival. Please confirm your payment by sending a copy of your deposit slip via email.

Cancellation Policy

1. By confirming your reservation with your credit card, you are accepting the terms and conditions of our cancellation policies.
2. Any cancellation made 24h after booking is free cancellations. Cancell made between 7 and 2 days before arrival will receive a refund of 40% of the deposit and cancellations made less than 2 days before arrival date will have no refund.
3. Any refund will be made exclusively by the terms of their credit card and are subject to this tax. We do not provide refunds by bank transfer at the time.
4. We can not make any refund in case of cancellation of your flight. Therefore we invite you to purchase travel insurance to protect you in case of cancellation of flights.
5. Any changes to your reservation must be made at least 3 days prior to the date of arrival via email. Any changes will be subject to availability. Not having availability, credit will be issued in your favor. No credits will be awarded or refunds for any changes in your reservation will be reducing the number of nights, made less than 30 days of their arrival.
6. No refunds or any credit will be issued in the case of early departures.
7. No refunds or any credit will be issued because of bad weather, hurricanes, tropical storms, including any inconvenience or complication that could arise from the direct impact, or hurricane warning area. Hurricanes are unpredictable by nature.
8. Any credit issued in their favor will be valid for one year from the date of cancellation. This credit can only be used for future reservations Morrison Hotel accommodation and can not be used in hotel services. This credit can be used by another person, with written permission from you.
