Check-out is at 11AM.

Please note that for security purposes, you will be asked to provide a valid government or state-issued photo ID at check-in.

Guarantee Policy:
Reservation must be guaranteed by a major credit card at the time of booking. Card will not be charged until time of departure.

Cancellation Policy:
Please let us know by 3pm EST 72 hours before the check-in date if you need to cancel — if we don’t hear from you, we’ll need to charge one night's room and tax to your credit card. If you paid in full in advance, we’re unable to refund your stay if you plans change. Thank you for understanding.

Group Cancellation Policy:
A separate cancellation policy applies for all group reservations. Please contact Reservations with any questions.

Early Departure:
The Millerton Inn reserves the right to assess an early departure fee. When you check-in, you will be asked to confirm your departure date. If you decide to leave earlier, you may be charged the early departure fee. Please contact the hotel if you have any questions.

Non Refundable Cancellation Policy:
Any reservation requiring full pre-payment is non-cancellable, non-amendable, non-transferable and non-refundable (usually our peak holiday weekends). We will charge the full amount of the reservation to the credit card you used to make this reservation shortly after the reservation is made.
Your credit card will be kept on file for incidentals — like taking the blanket home with you, or breaking the lamp. If you'd like a late checkout, please let us know and we'll try to make it happen.

Pet Policy:
We charge $30 per night for pets under 25 lbs. When we say "pet" we really mean "dog," but let us know if its something else - we’ll try to make it work.

Maximum Room Occupancy:
2 persons per room only, except in Double rooms in which no more than 4 people per room are allowed with existing bedding. There's a $45/night charge for rollaway beds and are based on availability; please check with us if you’d like to request one — taxes not included. We can accommodate rollaway beds in only a few rooms, so please call and double check before booking.

Amenities:
Your reservation includes complimentary wireless internet.

Smoking Policy:
All rooms are completely non-smoking. If you light up inside the hotel we must charge a $300 smoking fee to your card, plus taxes.
