The ME Hotel includes two beautiful pool areas with jacuzzis, tropical gardens, a yoga studio, fitness center and gym, tour office, concierge restaurant and bar.
The ME Hotel itself is over 20,000 sq ft spread across 4 buildings. The ME Hotel includes 25 Hotel Rooms, Suites and Villas.
The ME Hotel has a private entrance to Montañita and is just a 1 minute walk to the center of town and 2 minutes to the beach.

The Suites reside in the ME hotel's newest building, ME3, directly in front of our newest pool, jacuzzi and tiki bar. They are just across from Montanita Estates primary restaurant and wine bar ME Cade Vida. The ME3 Suites are a 30 second walk from Montanita's bars and restaurants and 2 minute walk to the beach.

Upon booking through the www.montanitaestates.com 50% of the total amount will be charged to your credit card.
At check-in in Montanita Estates' office either a credit card authorization or deposit may be required. The security deposit is refunded in full upon departure assuming there are no damages or incidentals.

Resevations are 100% refundable until 30 days prior to arrival.
Within 30 days of arrival a a fee of 50% applies to all cancellations.
Reservations are non-refundable within 7 days of arrival. Reservation during Holidays are non-refundable.
