Payment Policy
Upon booking through the www.montanitaestates.com 50% of the total amount will be charged to your credit card.
At check-in in Montanita Estates' office either a credit card authorization or deposit may be required. The security deposit is refunded in full upon departure assuming there are no damages or incidentals.
Cancellation Policy
Resevations are 100% refundable until 30 days prior to arrival.
Within 30 days of arrival a a fee of 50% applies to all cancellations.
Reservations are non-refundable within 7 days of arrival. Reservation during Holidays are non-refundable.
