Policies
Policies: (We really dislike that word. These are more like informative guidelines)

COVID-19: We are a 3 guestroom B&B and we own a retail store that sells cleaning equipment and supplies. We are cleaning all touchpoints within the B&B with medical grade disinfectant multiple times a day.
All our rooms are equipped with one queen size bed. Rooms rates are based on double occupancy (same rate for one person) and do not include room tax of 12%. Call for needed additional accommodations. Additional persons, including children, are charged $30 per night.
We require a credit card authorization equal to one night stay or half the total booking, whichever is greater, within fourteen days of check in date.
Cancellations must be received at least fourteen days prior to your check in date in order to receive a refund.
Maria’s wonderful, made to order, hot breakfast is served between 7:00am and 9:00am, earlier or later by special arrangement. Please let us know of any food allergies you may have upon check-in. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs. We have to-go breakfast available for those leaving early. Just make your request the day before.
Check in time is between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM, unless by special arrangement. Call us regarding our late check in process.
Check out time is 11:00 AM or by special arrangement.
Maria’s Creekside B&B is a smoke free campus.
We have considered making our B&B an alcohol free campus. We do understand that some may want to enjoy a glass of wine or a beer. We do allow courteous social drinking, however, intoxicated guests will be asked to leave with no refund.
Our B&B is on a paved street, however, the park is a Rural Alaska setting. In an attempt keep the outdoors outdoors we request that shoes not be worn in the guestrooms and great room.
We try to save water. Linens and towels are changed every third day, or more often upon request, for guests staying several days in succession.
No pets allowed. We can recommend a local pet motel.
The second floor great room, dining room, and deck are available for guest use from 7:00am to 9:00pm. We ask that guests not eat in the guestrooms.
Campbell Creek Park is accessible through the entry rear door.
Coffee and water are available all day at no additional charge.
Free high speed wi-fi internet access is available for all guests.

We require a credit card deposit equal to one night stay or half the total booking, whichever is greater. Deposits on reservations in June, July, and August are non refundable.

Cancellations received within fourteen days of your check in date will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
