We love pets. Unfortunately pets are not allowed in La Palomilla.
Smoking
La Palomilla is a smoke free happy green place. A fee of $50 usd will be charged if you do not follow the policy.
Damages
In case of damages/missing items in your room or any part of the property, repair/replacement costs will be charged to the credit card provided at your arrival.
If your room key is lost or damaged, you'll be charged a replacement fee of 50 USD.
Please keep all your valuables in the safe. We are not responsible for lost valuables.
It is forbidden to bring drugs or weapons into La Palomilla.
Please respect other guests and neighbors.
Payment Policy
La Palomilla reserves the right to charge 50% of the total stay, with taxes to credit cards prior to arrival. We accept PayPal, Visa, Amex and Mastercard.

Gift certificates are available and valid for a full year after purchase.
Supplements like city tax (16%) and tourism tax (3.5%) are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 48 hrs prior to check-in: No refund to guest; innkeeper is paid as though the guest had stayed.
No-shows: No refund to guest; innkeeper is paid as though the guest had stayed.
Deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made prior to 48 hrs before scheduled arrival.
We are a small bed and breakfast and cancellations affect us severely.
Vacation Insurance is available from several providers online to inexpensively protect you against covered unexpected events.
